“Rumi…” Mira sat by her side, slumping on to the bed and putting a hand on her knee, “I know it’s been a stressful couple of weeks. Whatever is going on, I want to help you.”

“I promise, Rumi. You, and Zoey, are everything to me. Let me in, just this once. Please.”In an alternate universe where Rumi's sleeve isn't torn during the bath house fight, she is able to keep her secret without Jinu trying to use it to manipulate her and drive her apart from Zoey and Mira. Until the strain of it, and everything else, ruins her voice completely just a few days before the Idol Awards. Out of options and put on the spot by a concerned Mira, she is forced to tell the truth, to reveal the secret she'd been hiding nearly her entire life, and hope that the women she loves most in the world understand.

Summary
Zoey is more than just a songwriter. All of her journals act as places for her thoughts to be laid out in written form, and some take the shape of stories. These are something she has kept very close to her heart, but with everything that has happened between the three of them since Rumi's demonic-heritage was revealed, she has decided to start sharing some of these stories. After all, what better night than Halloween to cuddle up on the couch and go through her life's work? From scary to funny to heartfelt to traumatic, Zoey shares all of this with the two most important people in her life.
