Summary

“You aren’t allowed to hunt?” Mingi asked. “Like— at all? What if something happens to your blood supply?”
Yeosang shrugged. “We starve,” he deadpanned.
“Vampires are ruthless, bloodthirsty monsters,” Hongjoong bit out. “The only way they’re allowed to hunt is if they’re a part of a pack because they need to be kept in check. I can’t imagine what sort of delusional pack would want the burden of bloodsuckers though.”
OR
Seonghwa will do anything to keep his fledglings safe. Anything. Hongjoong's top priority has always been and will always be the safety and well-being of his packmates.
They learn they're not as dissimilar as they once believed themselves to be. And they could perhaps be more if they allow themselves to trust one another.

Rhaenyra thought it would be a waste to show him anything less when he looked so pretty on his knees—a fact Daemon wholeheartedly agreed with. It was convenient how they had the same taste in men, in addition to a seemingly never ending hunger for each other.

Until Helaena gives him some advice that changes the course of his life, and the future: try and revive his old bond with his nephew, Jacaerys. If Aegon can convince him that he is no threat, then maybe Rhaenyra and the rest of the realm will believe it too.
And if that means sneaking out to Dragonstone on Sunfyre? Learning more of his eldest sister and her family then he has ever before known? Aemond freezes as those words leave his brother's lips, the desperation in the elders eyes and voice pierce straight through his body as he contemplates what has just been said. The weight of Aegon's hands on his cheeks become heavier with each passing second. Aemond almost considers it.
And then he feels something, a sharp blooming pain burning in his right side as he falls to the ground.
"Aegon! You- did you just fucking stab me?!"
Aegon manages to get away from Aemond and Criston when they come looking for him after Viserys' death. He does not want to be king, about that, he is absolutely certain. But a Prince of the realm can only run so far before he is recognised and dragged kicking and screaming back to his mother and grandfather. So where is safe?
Well, behind enemy lines of course. Inside the fortress of Dragonstone. With the Blacks.
Right beside his older half-sister and her guard dog of a husband who would probably have his head on a spike the second he saw him.

Praying to the gods, old and new, to release him from his suffering, Aegon is sent back to the morning of his coronation. He is still weak, he still does not know how to rule. But he has one weapon: information. And with information, comes power. He now knows how to learn.
Being burned and usurped by his brother has left him with no love or patience to spare, for anyone. Everyone he thought he could trust betrayed him, and so he will pay their cruelty twice in turn.
OR
Copium to do Aegon justice after the season 2 finale. Merciless Aegon who slowly grows into a powerhouse of a King, and Helaena into a proper queen. Team Black is treated with due respect. Don't think the war will be easy for Aegon at all just because he was sent back in time (after S2E6).
