The adults in his life are willing to turn a blind eye to his ever-increasing issues, so long as they’re able to maintain their idea of a savior and keep their plans in place.When Harry Potter arrived at Hogwarts, Severus Snape's life became exponentially harder as he tried to field threats against a boy he didn’t even like and take up spy work again at the same time. With the return of the Dark Lord, Severus also suddenly had to work to protect his godson from the threat looming over them; if Draco fell into the Dark Lord’s hands like his father, he would never escape.
Severus is content to allow the obvious problems rising in Potter to be addressed by the boy’s other teachers, and the people who cared for him. Voldemort values him as he values any of his horcruxes. In making sure Harry understood what this meant, Snape was relentless. And what it means is this: Voldemort does not love him. Slowly, reluctantly, achingly, Malfoy placed his limited edition emerald JUUL device in Tom's outstretched palm.
Tom Riddle, Head Boy at Hogwarts boarding school, has spent the past few months doing his best to eliminate a sudden spree of vaping from her illustrious halls. Armed with gossip, cringe, and screenshots of pudgy, balding, blatantly unemployed forty-something year old men talking about ‘epic vape tricks’ on YouTube, he successfully wrests much of Hogwarts' student population from the evil, vaporous grasp of Big Tobacco.
Basking in his glorious victory, Tom heads to his favourite loo on the second floor with only one goal in mind. Shockingly, he runs into Harry Potter.
