This story holds a special place for me because it helped inspire the creation of Eli Doorman in my own Murder Drones fanfiction, Between Mercy and Survival. The brief idea of Uzi having an assistant—particularly the assistant who accompanies her when she first encounters V—gave me the initial spark to imagine Uzi having an older brother instead. That small idea eventually grew into Eli, his relationships with Uzi, V, N, and the rest of the cast, and ultimately a major part of my own story. I wanted to bookmark this as both a personal inspiration and a reminder of where that first little spark came from. Thank you, graptolite.
