Summary
When Jake Lockley successfully hijacks the body from that dick Marc and that cringe nerd Steven he knows everything is going to start going his way. Killing people, joining up with loser superhero teams, and making Khonshu happy is all in a day's work for the most competent and talented alter.
Freedom's just another word for a worried wife, suspicious friends, and a rebellious alter, but it's worth it. Everybody is going to see Jake Lockley, and he won't let Marc or Steven get in the way of his starring role in his brand new life.
Turns out that it's easier to kill people than live with them. But chill out. Everything's going to be fine. Right?

There are things that always happen, no matter how hard he tries: El doesn’t arrive in time. Eddie dies. Max is put in a coma.
Steve fails. They lose.
“Steve, how many loops have you been through?”
His head is nodding, and his eyes are watery, and Eddie has approached him like a spooked animal.
“I lost count.”
AKA: The one where Steve Harrington is stuck in a time loop, and Eddie Munson is really fucking hard to save, or: fuck Volume 2, these bitches are in love.

It's easy to fall in love with a badass protector of the night. It's a little harder to fall in love with Jake Lockley, your everyday assassin. And there's no way Layla El-Faouly could ever fall in love with Marc and Steven. There's no way they will ever meet.

Summary
Ammit divides up Khonshu’s Moon Knight while he is still a child and throws the pieces to the winds. Ammit finds one of the pieces before Khonshu and enlists their avatar to bring them into the fold or at least keep Khonshu from completing his own champion.
Or really, Steven Grant is a normal teen who meets an enigmatic cult leader who seems to care about him and offers help when he has no where else to go.
