Then her arms find his torso and they melt into each other, the bag of ice slipping from his grasp as he cradles her upper back. Burying his face into her scalp, she smells like flowers. Not roses, like his mother. Something more untamed, wild. He almost has to pinch himself as he pulls her in even tighter, having fantasised for this moment since that fateful day when Peacekeepers pulled them apart back at the Academy. Now, two thousand miles away, bathed in warmth and daylight, she’s so real in his arms. His.
“You found me.” She whispers against his chest.
“You knew I would.” He answers back with a promise. He wants her to know he always will, allowing themselves to succumb to the gravity that draws them together.
She leans back slightly, surveying his face. Lucy Gray frees a hand from him, to brush his split lip with her calloused fingertips. “Hoped you would. Didn’t know. The odds didn’t seem in our favour.”

She parted her lips and welcomed him in. He savored the taste of her, sweet and sincere as the songs she sang. Every second spent in her presence left him craving more and more.
She felt a hand slide up her blouse and grab her breasts, touching her like a man starved. Her nipples were firm and sensitive. She gasped into his open mouth as he gently pinched them between his fingers.

High-School graduation is slowly nearing, and Yashiro has just turned 18. Although Hanako's appearance hadn't changed for 50 years before meeting Yashiro, it slowly has in the 2 years that passed. Swallowing the mermaid's scale had tied their fates together, which apparently meant that even though Hanako is an apparition, their appearances have been maturing at the same pace.
What happens when Yashiro notices the ghost boy may have physically turned into her type, and they are alone on the school roof one night?4-part one shot.
