An inky black expanse, a weird collection of whispers, and those said whispers telling her that she needs to save it. But how can she save anything when she doesn't know what it is? Especially when the whispers tell her that she needs the force? When she had cut herself off from it so long ago?
Not to mention that since then, multiple things have tumbleweeded into another. Two offworlders make an emergency pitstop on the planet she lives on, and then bounty hunters and the Empire follow; she's forced to flee from the life she likes with the two said offworlders, and now the whispers insist she saves it, whatever it is, and that she's the only one who can help.
Tatum Kantor wonders if all force-sensitives were cursed...
Or, in which Tatum Kantor must learn about herself and the Force while fighting many things, alongside Althea and Esra, now the only two whom she trusts.

The demon is looking at you like you’re going to kill him. Or like he’s about ready to try to kill you. He’s an ugly one, one of them that doesn’t resemble a person much at all beyond his general shape. Deathly pale skin covered in thick, night-sky blue stripes, close-shorn hair, and huge, unblinking eyes with sclera like shattered glass. He’s not very big, but the way he’s hunched in the corner isn’t from fear. That’s pure tension.
What you read in the paperwork was horrifying. This demon is from a fight ring— one of the worst known yet. The conditions there were so brutal that they’d been shut down in a second, no chance to defend the brawls.
