Summary
All monumental stories have varied beginnings, like so many intersectional points on the roots of a great tree, but this one in particular began the moment he realized he might actually care about her; a Dalish elf named Da'lah Lavellan, who the shemlens called the 'Herald of Andraste'.

Summary
The Veil fell to the Dread Wolf’s betrayal, and Dizzy walked away—from everything.
Two years later, she’s still walking. Avoiding people. Avoiding memories. She isn’t looking for redemption—or for anyone at all. But the world has other plans.
First comes Crybaby—a Spirit of Disruption with a talent for trouble. Then Lucanis—the man she left, and still loves. Lace Harding follows, all bright smiles and new sharp edges. Cole, gentle and unnerving, arrives next. And finally, Felassan—a man broken by Pride. Together, they form something like a team.
Once, Varric asked her to help him save the world. She tried. She gave everything—pieces of her soul—and she failed.
Kingdoms fell, religion toppled, and now Dizzy must choose: run again, or risk it all to fix what’s left.
The strange thing about failure is that hope can grow in the cracks. And Dizzy, for all her damage, keeps finding people who believe in her. Maybe that’s the worst part—because when they look at her, they see a leader. She just sees a tired woman trying not to make the same mistake twice.
A story of aftermath, love, and reluctant hope—a road trip through the end of the world, and maybe a chance to save it anyway.

Summary
How honest are relationships that form among the individuals that make up an elite organization of thieves, assassins, and spies?
For the Crows of Antiva, the game of shadows is much more a way of life. The more contracts you have, the more difficult it can be to see things for what they are.
But you can still fool around and fall in love.I AM THE ORIGINAL AUTHOR OF THIS FIC AND I DO NOT AUTHORIZE AI TO SCRAPE MY WORK.

Summary
[I'm not sure if this is supposed to be a summary about the series, or this story in particular]
BEHOLD! AN ANTHOLOGY SERIES OF THEDAS DURING THE DRAGON AGESorry for yelling, I'm just so excited to post something *uwu*
For all my narrative shenanigans, my process is pretty linear. Sometimes I have these ideas for misadventures that won't fit in a longer storyline, so here we are!
Please enjoy! And if you do (or even if you don't) let me know!xxoo -R

Summary
A Flaming Fist officer walks into a Zhentarim hideout. Sounds like the start of a joke, doesn't it? Except the punchline involves significantly fewer clothes and substantially more poor judgment than your typical tavern humour.
Here's a professional tip: when infiltrating enemy territory, remember to change ALL your gear. Because there's always some observant bastard who'll spot what you missed faster than you can say "know your enemy" - a phrase most people understand as a strategic principle.
But these two took it a bit too literally.Series

Summary
If one looked at the different stories of how the Black City became Golden again, they all contained different elements of the truth, for a given level of mythological belief. But no one would know better than the two people who were closest to the source as they dreamed in the fractured, shattered reflections of red lyrium.
“So we’re in deeper waters now, as it were, being physically present in the Fade?” she asked.
He nodded.
“Well,” she said, thoughtfully, “I think I understand why you were so worried now, about me dreaming. My clan would fish in the Free Marches sometimes, in little coracles on the Waking Sea. Sometimes a squall would come up before everyone could get back to shore. More than once someone was drowned because they tried to save someone else and got pulled down too.”
“Yes,” he affirmed. “Much like that. And the mad dreams of the Titans are much greater than a squall.”

Summary
Bull is torn between conflicting loyalties by the demands of the Qun.
But it wasn’t his job to convince the Bas that this was a good idea. He just had to relay the information. That he didn’t feel like he was doing it particularly convincingly was beside the point. She’d seemed interested in allying with his people. Not suspicious at all. Like she just assumed that everyone would want to work together to defeat Corypheus and then just go on their way afterwards. Weird mix of naive and cunning.
She leaned over the war table, thoughtful, looking through the little troop markers on the Storm Coast. She’d talked with Bull earlier in the day about the possibility of a Qunari alliance. That they were offering dreadnoughts was a major concession for them. Something didn’t feel right about it, though. He normally shared his intelligence without reservation or concern. She would have expected him to be interested or excited or at the very least neutral about the possibility of an alliance with the Qunari.

Summary
He tells her half-truths of the anchor and how she might close the rifts, assures Cassandra that though she is a mage, she is not capable of such extraordinary magic, and laughs genuinely when she asks if Varric is with the chantry. He makes himself fit in.
The world is fractured beyond repair, these people are little more than tranquil, and the fade is locked behind his creation. If this woman, this interrupter with the markings of the all-mother is to be the key to their salvation, so be it. He has made more from less.
---
It was never supposed to happen like this, for either of them. But it did, and everything will change because of it.

Summary
Elgar'nan sees something that he wants, and no one can stop him from taking it.
She is reed-slender and soft-fleshed and moon-haired, her mouth curved to smile and her hands unscarred and uncalloused. She laughs easily, scowls fiercely, and wears every expression in between as if it is a strand of gemstones that she’d like to show off.
She is not Elvhen. She is barely an elf - their language sits like marbles in her mouth, consonants clacking together rather than singing. In some ways, Elgar’nan finds it endearing: like watching a halla take its first steps, still wet from the womb.
