The idea on its own is not bad, it’s just that Ezreal’s options are quite limited. Currently, he faces two clear options:
(1.) He can go to his ex’s birthday party and be a mature adult that doesn’t mind showing up single.
Or, (2.) He can ask Kayn to pose as his boyfriend for one night.
One of those options is clearly worse than the other, but Ezreal for sure cannot pinpoint which one exactly is the bad one.

One fine day, Ezreal forgets about the existence of dashcams and uses the racing jacket that Kayn left behind in the garage for… personal pleasure. Bent right over the hood of the alpha’s race car. Being the kind-hearted and generous Darkin that he is, Rhaast gives Kayn a ring about the view he’s taking in and all the owner has to do is bring up the live-feed of his dashcam on his phone.
He watches the entire thing unfold and gradually admits: his mechanic is quite the view indeed.

Self described as "childhood enemies", the pair had a blissful four years of no contact that comes to a hate filled conclusion once Kayn moves back home and runs into Ezreal who after four years, takes one look at him and says, "Guess it wasn't a phase". The lifelong animosity picks up right where it left off and the two find themselves at a bar for a mutual friend's 25th birthday. The only way to deal with being in close proximity to the other is to be absolutely shitfaced while doing so. When they're put in the same cab with Kayn being issued a warning of, "be a decent human and make sure Ezreal gets home safely", despite it not being his job, he agrees. It's the least he can do to avoid having his parents tear him a new asshole the next morning. He had plans to let Ezreal sleep it off and kick him out first thing in the morning. However, Ezreal has other plans.
He climbs into Kayn's bed and wistfully sighs, "I bet hate sex with you would be wild".

Summary
They’re both alphas, Wonwoo and Seungcheol, but that doesn’t mean they’re the same. Visually Wonwoo might tick all the boxes for alpha - tall, appealing, wide shoulders, sharp canines - but in reality his instincts are muted, even underdeveloped. He has a quiet and subdued personality, and his competitive instinct and territoriality tend to be quite small in scope. His protective instinct, thus far, seems to be limited to a kind of watchfulness, a desire to observe everything but not necessarily to intervene. Seungcheol, on the other hand, is actively being groomed as a leader, and is encouraged to show both the desire and the ability to control and corral the unruly, unsettled pack that is Seventeen. His voice has bottomed out to give him a low deep growl when he needs it, and though he’s not getting any taller he keeps putting on muscle.
So if even Wonwoo will sometimes feel his jaw aching with the desire to set his teeth into something, if even he gets gripped wild thoughts like he wants to seize someone’s attention at all costs, he can see why there are times Seungcheol gets a bit rough and unpredictable.
-- Adolescent alphas are antsy. Set about a year before debut, so Wonwoo is 17 and Seungcheol is 18.

Instead, he makes a little sound of acknowledgement at the back of his throat and lifts himself gracefully from the couch. He ignores the fact that Seungcheol is staring at him as he picks up his belongings from the room in a leisurely manner. When he is finished, he makes for the door.
“Don’t I also get a name?” Seungcheol asks curiously as Jeonghan reaches for the door handle. He’s retracted his hand now and it’s been folded back over his chest. Jeonghan pauses, throwing a mischievous grin in Seungcheol’s direction.
