Miguel O'Hara is an absolute shitstain on society. He's abusive, he's violent, and he's a corrupt Spider-Man on Kingpin's speed dial. His only redeeming quality is that he gives your daughter Gabriella the world, and never lets her be privy to the monstrosities he's capable of. After a few years of suffering his abuse, you threaten to leave and Miguel promises the unthinkable. Having dealt with enough, you finally decide this world would be a lot better without him, without Spider-Man and take matters into your own hands. Just when your life is eventually getting back on track and your daughter has stopped crying for her father, Miguel shows up but he's a far cry from the man you once knew and it throws you for the worst loop.

Summary
[It’s hard enough being the new guy, but especially as a new recruit at Spider-HQ. To make matters worse, Miguel O’Hara seems to have a distaste for Andres, due to the way he and Miguel have the same attitude and behaviours. On a good note, Miguel finally has a sparring partner who he can have a fair fight with. With their standoffish quips and inability to lose, there tends to be round after round, constantly head to head in the hand to hand combat.
Of course, that comes with its own challenges.
Two men with similar well-trained muscles and chips on their shoulders? It’s always a show. They can blame the adrenaline all they want, but the hands gripping thighs, the hard breathing, the burning eye contact- it’s more than just friendly competition they constantly fight for. It’s already hard to admit you lost a match- who’s going to admit they like it more than they should?

When his entire life cried out for him as she decayed where he cradled her in his arms, he swore to be stronger. When he gritted his teeth and lowered his head from the display where a silhouette of the young Spider-Man stood victorious in the wake of his own ignorance, he swore to be better.
It was a universal constant that even when he tried to do what was right, he would end up breaking every promise that he had ever made.
