(UPDATED) So it's been 5 years since I started this fic and I really thought it was going to be some tiny thing. Surprise! Over 60 chapters later, we've come a long way. So, I’m a huge Star Wars fan and the latest movie <3 but Star Wars is an incredibly intimidating fandom to write in. So I wouldn’t even begin to have the balls to write anything remotely Canon BUT I did desperately want to do this drabble, Modern AU, Roommates AU, in which Poe, Finn and Rey (and BB-8!) are roommates! Summary
Hancock thought being mayor of Goodneighbor was a decent gig, until a particular vault dweller draws his attention. Now he finds himself chasing her across the Commonwealth as she completes her quest to find her son and save the Commonwealth.
This story I mostly wrote just for me, but thought I would share just in case someone else might also enjoy it. It's based on my favorite play though.

Sole Survivor Rose of Vault 111 rolls into Goodneighbor looking for news of her son, and finds a new friend in the town's favorite ghoul. But all choices have consequences, and all new friends bring their own share of enemies.
Update: Ch. 6 and Ch. 9 are new content, for those of you who read this when I first published it. I also went through and revised a lot of the writing to better fit the characters and the canon. n_n

A Soulmate AU
Hancock never thought he would find his soulmate. Once a common occurrence, soulmates turned into a bit of a rarity after the bombs dropped. It was to be expected when there was an influx of people getting shot in the face on a daily basis. So when Hancock discovered that he had a soulmate he was ecstatic; all of the people in the Commonwealth, and he was one of the lucky few.
Too bad his soulmate didn't want anything to do with him.

She was dropped in the middle of the ocean, drifting among the waves with no land in sight. Then just as suddenly she had been cast adrift, she found land. The hole was filled the moment it had been created. As she gripped Nate’s vault suit and begged him to open his eyes, Nora found herself battling with the horrifying realization that she had another soulmate; that some stranger had taken Nate's place.
