Summary
The point of this story is to introduce my own character into the world of “Beastars” without changing the main plot or altering the events beyond their standard version (for example some events may happen differently but will have the same outcome). This is just a fan story, and if it won’t appeal to you my dear audience I won’t bother you with this story, but if it will catch your attention I might even extend this story beyond the ending of “Beastars”, well we will wait and see.

Summary
Five years ago, a rabies-like pathogen ravaged the world, turning carnivores and even herbivores into mindless, flesh eating monsters. And when the world fell to the dead, beasts who survived were left to contend with others who devolved into the ways of the old: kill or be killed.
After Melon, the tyrannical warlord who kept the meat trade alive with what was left of the Back Alley Market, was defeated, beasts of all shapes and sizes could finally band together to rebuild their city and the world that once was. Even though the war was a success, it didn't come without heavy costs..
Jack is a Labrador Retriever, who refused to let the new world change him. After the war with Melon, both him and his boyfriend, Legoshi the Gray Wolf live in the established community of New Cherryton, set in the outskirts of the city. After a group of survivors who were thought dead were re-discovered in the “dead zone” of the city, a party is formed to rescue them, with Jack at the helm. Legoshi, having suffered a traumatic loss during the Melon War, insists on traveling with Jack to keep his only family safe.
Can Jack help Legoshi recover, while proving to him and to himself, that he's stronger than what it seems?

Summary
Jack has started to get a bit irritated when it came to finishing up his college work. This should be expected from the dog shooting to achieve the most prestigious major the university had to offer. Even with that goal set in his mind, he still couldn’t help his emotions overtake him the longer he worked.
Legosi would sadly experience this, not being able to avoid it from living in the same apartment. Being boyfriends also made it impossible to avoid the lab’s rage.
