   Summary

   SilentScream was the self-professed new Hero Killer. Though unlike Stain, he didn’t target Heroes on patrol or after unrelated fights. SilentScream’s victims were all found in their own homes. The bodies showed evidence of torture lasting several days, and the cause of death was always the same: sudden cessation of brain function. Not a venom or a poison – though some had traces of snake venom in their system – but just… alive one moment and dead the next. Their brains just stopped thinking.
   “Oh, good,” SilentScream said, “You have heard of me.”
