This began as a shitpost but I had to make it real. Harry wakes up in an Affini hab unit with no idea how he got there.
AFFINI HABITATION UNIT: You are in a large white room with gracefully curving walls and a vaulted, honeycomb-like ceiling. Dim blueish light filters in from above, only a touch brighter than moonlight. A variety of objects which bear some vague resemblance to furniture are distributed throughout the space, many of which are strangely shaped and much too large for a human being.
PERCEPTION (SIGHT): There’s a pretty normal looking couch over there, though. And is that a televisual set in front of it?
HAUSTORIC IMPLANT: Oh, you’re awake! Yes, that IS a couch, very good! It’s YOUR couch! Well, yours to sit on as much as you like, anyway.
YOU: …Who the fuck are you??
