Summary
It all starts with the end.
Han Jisung (a clumsy chemistry student with a painful past) crosses paths with Lee Minho (better known as Venom, the new leader of the notorious Vipers) when two kilograms of Venom's cocaine are mistakenly delivered to Jisung's doorstep, then lost by Jisung himself, under circumstances the idiot cannot remember.
Minho accuses him of theft, giving Jisung a fourteen day deadline to either find and give back the cocaine, pay an impossible debt, or take the mysterious third option which, Jisung assumes, has to mean death.
In his desperate quest for a way out, Jisung stumbles through a waking nightmare: unexpected connections between Minho and people he thought he could trust, mysterious news articles, abandoned mansions, crime scenes, black-tie parties, chaebol gossip, mafia families, escaping gunfire on the back of Minho's motorcycle.
But every single path only leads him back to the night he lost the drugs, and to unanswerable questions:
What the hell happened to the two bricks of cocaine?
Why can’t he remember losing them?
What is Minho hiding?
And what does the bastard truly want from Jisung?

“My dad died,” Minho says. No sugarcoating it. “An hour ago. He died.”
Silence.
If Minho didn’t know any better, he’d think Jisung hung up on him. But he does know better. So he tugs on the phone cord, stretching it out until he reaches the window in his bedroom. He pulls up the blinds. As expected, Jisung is already there.
“Are you okay?” Jisung asks, his lips moving before the words make it through Minho’s receiver. He always makes it to his window first, because he has one of those new cordless phones. Untethered.
If Jisung didn’t know any better, he’d offer his condolences, probably say something appropriate like I’m sorry for your loss. But he does know better. So he only asks once, just to be sure, and then he won’t ask again. He waits for Minho to answer. As expected, he doesn’t.
“Well, hey,” Jisung says, “on the bright side, at least you finally get the Mustang.”

Summary
Relationships never really made much sense to Hyunjin. They were too stifling, too restrictive. He preferred his relationships to be casual and as free as possible; enjoying the thrill of the chase and men constantly pining after him.

Summary
Approaching the end of his senior year in college, Hwang Hyunjin is still immature and dramatic as he always has been and he has no plan of changing that. However, Hyunjin's immaturity leads to him getting kidnapped and accused of an offense that he has no recollection of committing, and Hyunjin is sure as hell that his reaction to a gun pointed at his forehead is not dramatic at all.
Despite their rough and odd way of meeting, they find that the world is a lot easier to take on when they do it together. Hyunjin doesn't fall in love, in fact, he never falls at all. Seungmin has an ocean full of it, and luckily, Hyunjin knows how to swim.

They haven't missed a question yet. Anytime Minho doesn't know the answer, Jisung does, and vice versa. It's like they're a match made in heaven.

It genuinely infuriates Jeongin how hot Hyunjin is. Long legs, slender build. He has shoulder length blonde hair and a beauty mark right below his left eye. His lips are criminal, made to suck dick, if Jeongin had to put a description to them. The guy looks like he stepped out of a painting of the gods reveling in their fortune. Jeongin hates that about him.

Summary
He’s not exactly struggling yet. He can see that there’s a lot Jisung wants to explore physically, and he feels like the luckiest person alive knowing he’s the one Jisung trusts with it. That Jisung opened up to him and shared things from his heart. How it all came at a time when Minho was terrifyingly close to giving up.
But just like before, he knows there’s a limit. Another boundary. Jisung isn’t doing this with the intention of building something with Minho. They aren’t dating. Jisung isn’t even looking for a relationship. And sure, maybe they’ll have fun. They’ll experiment. They’ll make each other feel good. But Jisung isn’t his.
There will come a time when all the things they do together, Jisung will do with someone else.
He buries the thought and tries to focus on sleeping. The less he thinks about it, the better. He’s good at staying composed.
Be good for your best friend. Give him everything he needs. Stop thinking so selfishly, Minho.
And don’t you dare think of it as something it isn’t.

“How do you mean?” Hyunjin asks, tilting his head a bit to one side. He’s got his hair tied back— a short ponytail at the nape of his neck, but a lock of it falls free, hanging over his cheek.
Once Jeongin starts he can’t stop— his heart moving as fast as his tongue, energy pent up behind his ribs. “My best friend is busy all the fucking time since he got a boyfriend, and I’m stuck working in this dead end job with shit hours— no offense— and I haven’t had sex in at least three months. Three, Hyunjin.”
Hyunjin stands up a bit straighter, folding his arms across his chest. He takes a deep breath, looking Jeongin in the eye. “Okay. Fuck it. Where’s somewhere you’ve always wanted to go?”
