She doesn’t look bad. Does that mean she looks pretty? Does that mean Raph likes her romantically? He tries to picture her kissing him and almost tears a muscle in his face from wincing so fast. His stomach doesn’t like that; it’s churning like mad, and his brain doesn’t either, frankly, spitting the thought out as soon as it comes.
It’s weird. It feels weird. But that doesn’t mean he’s weird – he just chalks it up to him being too young to think about things like that.
He’s fine. He’s normal.
And she’s… pretty. Sure.
“Yeah. She’s good-looking,” he says, and tries very hard to make it sound natural, but Raphael Hamato is not very good at lying.

A month after defeating Shredder, the turtles are struggling with the fallout of the change in leadership. Leo and Raph’s relationship is strained and Mikey and Donnie are caught in the crossfire and can do nothing but watch as their dumb dumb brothers fight.
In the middle of an argument, the turtles, along with Splinter and April, are transported to a theater like room, where they will watch their past to learn how to be a family again.
