Summary
It's been a few months since Sunny told his friends the truth about what happened over four years ago, and it's been a stony road to recovery since, especially considering the move was cancelled last minute due to his injuries.
The only good thing is that, after a few days, Hero, Kel, and Aubrey mostly came to terms with what he did, although it took far longer for them to be able to look him in the eyes. All things considered, it could be worse.
Except Basil has been avoiding him like the plague, seeming more and more like a Stranger everyday, and Sunny keeps seeing things out of the corners of his eye.But Headspace doesn't exist anymore, right?
So why, Sunny thinks, looking in the bathroom mirror with growing horror, is Omori looking back?

Summary
Sunny longs for the good parts of the past. It's almost summer yet again, and he and his friends all attend college. They decide the best way to spend the summer is going on new imaginative adventures like they used to when they were kids, although for some, their childhood never really went away.
This fanfic is non canon compliant. Mari is not dead, Basil and Sunny didn't commit any crimes. If there are any trigger warnings, I will put them at the beginning of the chapter. This is just for some cute fluff because these kids need a break.

Before Sunny's journey through Grey Space on the fifth day, everyone else has to deal with their own problems. Hero has to learn to love himself, Aubrey has to deal with the guilt of bullying Basil, Kel has to find a way to keep everyone happy, and Basil has to find a way to put a neat bow on everything that's occurred.

Summary
After telling his friends the Truth, Sunny reconciles with Basil in the hospital, and they spend the rest of the day together, finally reunited after so long.
Then, that night, they find that they can’t be apart without becoming nearly completely unable to function.
Or: Sunny and Basil cope with the trauma of the Truth, of their fight, and of having to tell their friends the Truth by unintentionally becoming completely codependent. Their caretakers allow them to stay together for fear of their safety, but only with the caveat that the two work with them to go to therapy and try to heal from everything.
