A surprised ‘hoo’ escaped Stolas’ beak as he peeked over the back of the couch. His feathers were a bit tousled, insinuating he had just been laying there before Blitzø arrived. Stolas looked him up and down and immediately stood up. “Blitzø! Is that your blood or someone else’s?”
He blinked in confusion before glancing down at himself. Ah. He must’ve been a bit messy while killing the target this time. Or maybe he just got shot a bunch….it was probably both. Splatters of black and red blood coated his jacket, sticky and overall unpleasant to look at and feel.
“Oh, it’s fine.” He waved a dismissive hand, but Stolas clearly wasn’t going to back down that quickly. “Oh, sure. Come on, let’s get you cleaned up.”
