Summary
When Rumi defeated Gwi-Ma and the HUNTR/X restored the Honmoon, the border between the human and demon realms should have been sealed for another decade.
The demon huntresses should have only needed to worry about the last remaining demons before finally enjoying a normal music career—free from the burdens and dangers of their role. Their mantle should have then passed on to the next generation.
They should've been safe, together.
But sometimes, things don't go exactly according to plan.
Alternatively, when the Honmoon is restored and the demons vanish, so does Rumi — something even Celine hadn’t foreseen. And once the dust settles, it’s up to Mira and Zoey to bring her back.

I have no idea what I'm doing with this, there is little plan, head empty, just sequel thoughts. I will try to make an outline so it doesn't become TOO out of control...Maybe. I'd love to hear suggestions on where to go with this! I will be adding more tags and stuff later, I just don't have plot thought out yet. Every fandom isn't complete when there's no self-insert or becoming one of the characters, in my opinion.
So, why write the first one for this fandom? (And give myself second-hand embarrassment?)
She did not want to become Rumi. It didn't matter if she was her favorite character, if she was "overpowered".
She didn't want to become her, for fear of replacing someone who existed, or even disregarding canon. She did not want to train to kill demons, she didn't ask to be born half-demon.
And yet she didn't deny the responsibility, because who the fuck is better at being a demon slayer— sorry, demon hunter than Rumi?
She just hopes that the way she acts still lets the movie happen and doesn't create a massive butterfly effect that she'd regret.
TL;DR, someone reincarnated as Rumi, she accepts her heritage but demon marks appear faster because her mind is mature, proceeds to slowly act non-human sometimes in the fic.
The last part is simply subtle though, kinda.

Celine put a hand on Zoey’s shoulders while introducing her, and seemed to completely miss the dumbfounded look on all of the girls’ eyes. Then Celine waved towards Mira. “This is our main dancer, Mira.” And finally, she nodded towards Rumi, avoiding eye contact with the eldest. “This is the leader of Huntrix, our main vocalist, Rumi.”
“It’s a pleasure to meet all of you.” The guy dressed in all back greeted them politely, a small smirk on his lips. “I hope I can help Huntrix reach heights of success. Although Ms. Celine has already given my name to you, I would like to formally introduce myself again.”
He gave the entire group a small bow. Then, he looked straight at Rumi, and without breaking eye contact with the girl, he spoke up. “My name is Song Jinu. But you may call me Jinu. I hope we can get along well.”
