The cat was more of a shadow than anything. Alderheart’s stomach wrenched when he saw it: a huge gash split the cat in half. He wanted to look away but he couldn’t. His paws shook with effort to move. Bile rose in his throat. One half of the cat was sagging, as if it were ready to fall off.
Alderheart’s blood curdled as it opened its jaws to speak. “You must put me back together!” it cried. It sounded as if hundreds of voices spoke at once, every cat screaming in fear and pain. “You must heal the wound! Heal my wound!”

Summary
A Rootspring x Bristlefrost MAP script set to the song Some Fun Now from Little Shop of Horrors. Rootspring reels from the loss of Bristlefrost and their future together and feels pessimistic about the fates of the cross-clan couples that will come after them as his calls for all restrictions on cross-clan relationships to be dropped are largely unheeded. Sunbeam and Nightheart's blossoming romance offers him temporary hope that love can persist despite these petty politics, which is quickly dashed as the nature of their love, and love in general in his jaded view, is revealed to be something that is fleeting and carelessly toyed with. Haunted by visions of the day he lost his mate and the future they could have had together, Rootspring does not see or care for any potential easement of the current division between him and the other clan cats, who are thoughtlessly moving on to a forever unchanging future together and leaving him behind. But hey, he sure is havin' some fun now.

Summary
Following the events of A Light in the Mist, Shadowsight feels... empty and lost, estranged from his Clan and his fellow medicine cats. His connection with the Clans forever severs when three of his patients mysteriously die at his paws. With a new code promising to execute any and all Clan murderers looming over his head, Shadowsight flees ShadowClan. Yet, no matter where he runs, blood stains his paws.
Troubling patterns in deaths and disappearances, growing unrest and tyranny, and the emergence of new foes allow darkness and division to seep into the Clans once more. Together, Shadowsight and Rootspring must unravel the brambles of secrecy to uncover the truth before the Clans are destroyed as they know it.

Nightheart is an outcast within the ranks of ThunderClan. He feels himself parting from his bloodline day after day, a thing he welcomes dearly. But, even after his moment of glory, actions have consequences- or do they?
Sunbeam is stuck in a Clan split in two. Sunbeam is torn between two options; choose her brother’s side, or her mother’s. Should she risk letting down either one of her kin? Or maybe she won’t choose one at all?
Frostpaw finds herself struggling from the weight of the death of her mother and the responsibility of a medicine cat; but, as the storm seemed to pass, things only get worse.
Or, what I hope ASC will be like in the near future! Basically just me writing ASC.. and hopefully not ruining the characters. Oh and also there’s Nightheart villain arc!
