Summary
Number 1 Hero, Stratos gets into an accident while fighting a villain and goes into a coma- on the 9th day, as typical through the week and a bit of Joel being in a coma, Etho- the distraught coworker (situationship?) comes to find Joel had gone missing during the night.
Search teams spend months trying to find Joel, eventually giving up after 8 months pass. Etho drowns himself in work, his new role as number 1 hero- something he has always wanted- just didn’t feel as good without Joel.
4 Years pass and an unnamed villain appears, and there’s no mistaking it- Etho knows. That’s Joel.
OR TLDR
Hero Joel gets an amnesia and comes back as a villain and torments his ex.
