“What would you do for your birthday? If you could do anything?” Kon asked.
Tim glanced back over. “I… I don’t know.”
“Come on, man, the world’s your oyster, dream big.”
“I think… I think I would just want to go to the arcade with a couple friends and eat junk food,” Tim admitted, rubbing the back of his neck. “Is that totally lame?”
“Sounds like a good birthday to me,” Kon said. “But what would I know? I’ve never had one.”
“On account of the whole…” Tim gestured vaguely.
“Illegal clone thing, yeah,” Kon said, taking another sip of champagne.
“We could get you one. A birthday, that is,” Tim said.
Kon blinked. “What?”
“I mean, I’ve basically already admitted to having a fake ID, I’m certain I could get you a fake birth certificate, ID, school transcripts,” Tim said.
Kon lowered the bottle slowly. “…and why would you do that?”
Tim’s an expert in multi-tasking; who said fake-dating, investigating an ex-teammate, and helping Superboy get a civilian identity can’t go hand in hand?

Summary
Bart has brought Kon home. Except "home" is a universe that has forgotten both of them, that Kon has no place in, that Bart drifts through aimlessly. It's not exactly something that either of them wants to dwell on.
So Bart reminds Kon that "home" can be a person too.

“You’re killing him!” Kon exclaims, whirling around to glare at Brainiac, the robot’s still face showing no sign of caring.
“It is an interesting dilemma.” Brainiac’s voice is as dull and monotone as ever, ignoring Kon’s words. “Will a half-Kryptonian last twice as long or half as long when exposed to Kryptonite when compared to a regular Kryptonian?”

Jon gets taken by Brainiac, and Kon saves him, but all this talk of being studied brings back unpleasant memories. -

After the death of Superman in 2023, Conner Kent is left to pick up the pieces he left behind. At 17 years old Conner is expected to defend Metropolis from invaders, parent his younger brother, maintain a healthly relationship, and somehow live up to the name of a father he always seemed to disappoint.
At 17 Clark Kent was expected to finish his homework and avoid getting caught messing around with his friends.
When a new threat to the Justice League sends Conner and Jon back in time everyone realizes just how different Clark and Conner's realities have always been. -
