The rev of a motorcycle calls to Cloud Strife like a cat's purr.
He's been enthralled with bikes since his childhood days. His mother’s in a motorcycle club. Posters of Hardy-Daytonas and vintage choppers plastered on the walls, bike magazines stacked to the ceiling. Their sleek and fierce designs. The way they promise a sort of unique freedom.
When he comes across trouble, his saving grace comes in the form of the One-Winged Angels, Midgar’s most notorious biker gang. Saved by the leader of the gang himself, Sephiroth, Cloud figures the helping hand will stop there. Never did he expect to get involved in the complex - but oddly liberating - world of biker gangs, nor did he expect to become the primary interest of the most dangerous man he has ever known.

Summary
When Zack gets to Midgar he loses track of Cloud. It takes a while to find him again, but when they reunite, Zack doesn't know if they'll ever get back to the relationship they had before Shinra trapped them in that basement all those years ago. It doesn't help that there's not a lot of time for healing when Sephiroth is trying to end the world.

So Zack wasn't entirely surprised when his partner-in-crime (when no one could catch them, anyways) placed a simply wrapped, game-shaped package in his hands one afternoon.
