Dan Phantom nunca creyó que terminaría en un universo paralelo, en Gotham, viviendo en Crime Alley, siendo el orgulloso padre de su versión alterna del pasado que ahora contaba con 3 años y dependía totalmente de él para crecer y formarse como persona, y no desarrollar más traumas de los que ya tiene, ni terminar cometiendo sus mismos errores, como cometer genocidio y ser el causante te la destrucción de varios universos.
Sin presiones.
Pero bueno, la vida trae sorpresas, al parecer la muerte también.
Ahora tiene que sacar un negocio adelante para que los murciélagos (y sus vecinos chismosos) no sospechen de dónde saca dinero para mantenerse a si mismo y a su pequeño hijo, mientras ayuda a Danny a superar los traumas de su pasado e intenta brindarle una linda infancia.
Si tan solo Red Hood dejara de entrar por su ventana para dejar comida y dejara de seguirlos por los tejados cada que salían por la noche, si hubiera sabido que asesinar al Joker resultaría en tener al señor del crímen sobre ellos... Summary
Clockwork was not usually the type to meddle. He preferred to watch from afar, monitoring and observing. Unless, of course, something forced his hand. The new Ghost King was a child, one in a very precarious position. It would be far to easy for him to be pushed too far and end up as a danger to the universe. The ghost of time had no choice but to step in.
aka Clockwork sends Danny to a universe where he'll be safe until he can take up the mantle of Ghost King, a dimension far away from the Fentons and other ghost hunters. Danny is less than thrilled, especially when he starts developing a soft spot for some local bats.

Danny was Athanasia Al Ghul, the twin of Damian Al Ghul, but because of his sex he was dismissed and seen as lesser. A crime he is murdered for, but when he's placed into the Lazarus Pits, they decide to keep him. Two years later, a feral "little girl" is found just outside Elmerton and promptly adopted by a red haired girl who was on a day trip with her parents.
Years pass, Athanasia is now the young man he was meant to be, his adoptive parents accept him completely and have since adopted his clones/alternate self, and Jazz is prepping for college when the Justice League finally decides to investigate Amity Park because a government branch is attacked daily there by the locals. No one is happy to see the JL, especially Dan and Danny who recognize Damian on the spot. They are not happy to see their twin turned older brother, while Damian mourns the relationship they never had.

Danny was captured by the GIW, experimented on by his parents, kept. They had him, they hurt him, they pulled him apart molecule by molecule over and over. It hurt. It... broke him.

A simple Science class DNA lesson reveals that Danny isn't his parents bio kid! They admit to using a donor because their experiments with Ecto left them unable to have more after Jazz. Danny asks if they know who the donor was but they lost that paperwork ages ago in an experiment fire (Jazz was in charge of files after that) and don't even remember if it was an embryo or sperm.
Cue Danny wanting to see if he can find his bio parent to get a medical history for his NASA dreams and maybe see if all the parts of him that never quite fit the Fenton's is from them or not.
