Summary
Simon could hear the flies buzzing around the room. The sweltering heat of the room was drawing them out, or perhaps they were attracted to the smell of rotting flesh. He didn’t know if it was his own or someone else’s - he didn’t want to know. He had come to in a daze, the pain radiating from seemingly every inch of his body had coalesced until he couldn’t even begin to figure out where he was hurt. He remembered what they had done to him and he shuddered before groaning in pain at the movement. A fly landed on his cheek and he didn’t even have the strength to swat it away. Instead, he watched it from his peripheral vision as it crawled over him. He knew it should tickle, but his skin was too damaged to register any sensation other than pain.
He had trained to withstand torture, or rather, been explicitly told that he couldn’t and been trained on what to expect, but this was beyond anything that he had even imagined could happen to a person. Simon knew he had been here days, maybe weeks. Every few hours they would drag him out of the cramped cell that they left him to languish in and torture him for seemingly infinite stretches of time.

After Roba had captured Simon and his three other teammates, Sparks, Washington, and Dominik “koshka” Petrov, he tried his hardest to brain wash all of them to do his bidding. With some it worked well, with another it didn’t work at all, but with Petrov, it just got too much. His torture was too much for him and he broke, but Roba just didn’t quit. He handed Petrov over to Gilberto, his right hand man, and kept torturing him and shaping him into the most perfect, mindless solder they had.
However, when Ghost came back to kill Roba, he let Gilberto slip through his fingers and let him live, unable to get Petrov back until years later.
Now, when the 141 keep getting signs of this mysterious solder who keeps killing their allies they have to hunt him down. What will happen when Ghost finds out that this killer is really his old partner? How will he react (not well)?
