Roan Caldar figured he'd seen it all. After the Oblivion Crisis, what else could possibly surprise him? Turns out, a trip to the Shivering Isles can still throw a curveball—like waking up in the middle of Kirkwall’s undercity with no idea how he got there and a very determined Fereldan refugee refusing to leave him alone.
Looks like the Hero of Kvatch has one more wild adventure ahead of him… whether he wanted it or not.

Summary
Claire Hawke is a mage. She doesn’t want anything serious when it comes to romance, especially not with the charming and awkward Templar that keeps showing up at the worst possible times. Her friends aren’t making it any easier for her with their crushes, flirting, teasing, and distractions.
Cullen doesn’t know what to do with the pretty mage that keeps finding her way into in his life, either. He wants to do his job well and keep people safe, but Hawke throws his careful plans into disarray. Repeatedly.

Summary
Hawke accidentally spends more than she meant to on a sword...and Gamlen is *not* happy about it. Or about how long it's taking her to raise the money for the expedition. Or how long it's taking her, Bethany, and Leandra to leave his home.
Varric isn't taking that lying down.
Or at all.

Terror, absolute wonderful and delicious terror. Carver and her had both been at Ostagar when Loghain had failed the king. With blades dripping more dark-spawn blood then she’d thought possible she had found Carver and told him they needed to leave. “Too many sister, I agree. Find Beth and let’s get out of here.” Hawke had found Bethany mere steps from her brother and the three had raced back to Lothering. Desperate fleeing men do terrible things, these men were no different as in their bid to get away from the Dark-Spawn they fell on each other. “Loose your magic sister.” Carver had asked and she did.

Summary
This close, Anders could see that it was indeed a person hidden underneath the dirty rags. He was curled into himself, leaning against the wall as rags hid the shape of his body. The few toes that stuck out were caked in mud, while a lock of grimy white hair protruded from a filthy cap smeared with dirt.
Hawke's dead, and Fenris is the prime suspect. Such things have historically never gone well - never, that is, until Anders finds him.

Summary
He is nothing like either of the images she had conjured in her head. She had painted the Solas of Varric’s Inquisition into a small, spindly figure who was uncannily similar to her cousin’s husband, Abren, who had memorized old ballads and carved little, delicate, wooden halla. Fen’Harel…well, it depends. There was the giant wolf, of course, although how giant seemed to change, depending on what mood she was in when imagining him. And the elf…

Aradin Mercar, once of clan Lavellan, is barely holding her own sanity together. It is somewhat unreasonable, then, to expect her to be able to hold all of Thedas together as well - especially as Thedas itself continues to turn against her.
