Summary
“You make this place feel alive, you know,” Henry says one morning, passing Will a clean glass. The compliment settles warmly in his chest, purring like a cat.
Their days become a predictable thing, but Will can’t help but find the predictability comforting. Time starts to blur around the edges, and the days don’t end so much as they… loop. Meals repeat. His gaze rakes over the five of them, cold blue eyes lingering on Will. “Are there human remains in the bathrooms of this school, or is this some kind of prank?”
Hopper grimaces, shaking his head slightly, as he looks from Dustin to Lucas, putting one hand on each of their shoulders. “You know, Deputy, knowing these kids it’s probably an understatement.”
AKA: Will gets a concussion while the Party find a body in the bathroom instead of attending a school assembly. It's a messy spiral to get them all to calm down, but that's what Hopper is here for.
