Summary
It worked. Both parts worked. Feedback from the Conduit- diverted away. The World Tree’s collapse- destroyed. Months of planning with no way to test, and it worked. The relief is almost enough to send Mythra to her knees, and she can’t help the choked laugh that leaves her throat. It worked.
Alrest is safe. Her home is safe. Her friends are safe.
And Malos is gone.

Follow Berach, and his comrades, as they encounter the heroes and villains of Alrest, and become a threat that can rival them all....though perhaps an old friend can settle his wrathful soul before he goes down a path he cannot escape from.

Summary
about 200 years after the events of Electric Snow, Torna faces some problems. Alrest is "shrinking", Jin is dying, Malos is still gone and if that weren't enough, Indol's new Praetor is starting to become a significant annoyance. Suffice to say, the crew of the Monocerous is collectively panicking - except for Jin, who trying to convince everyone that he is definitely fine and not experiencing complete organ failure.
Now it is up to Natalya, Mikhail, Akhos and Patroka to find a way to fix Jin's breaking Core Crystal before it is too late.
