Sin embargo, y como ya se ha mencionado, él no siente nada, por lo que a él le da exactamente igual toda esta abundancia.
Un día, a los catorce años, el «viejo» que lo cuida es asesinado en un intento de acabar con el único hijo y heredero de la megacorporación Uzumaki-Namikaze Corp., pero fallan. Él asesina a su asesino que a su vez asesinó al «viejo». A partir de allí vive los años más solitarios de su existencia (aunque él no percibe esta soledad), sin nadie que lo acompañe o lo cuide más allá de los subordinados de sus padres, ahora suyos.
Pasan cuatro años de investigaciones exhaustivas e infructuosas por parte de la megaempresa, junto a los siete que ya llevaban luego de las muertes en extrañas circunstancias de sus padres, y no hay nada, ni una conclusión, ni una pista.
