Charlie grabs her dad’s hand, pulling him with her. She sits down next to Vaggie, pointing at an empty spot in the circle. “There,” she says, smiling brightly. “You can sit next to Alastor!”
Lucifer’s eyes narrow when he sees the red deer-demon. Of course he has to sit next to him. He would rather sit next to Angel and listen to his rambling about his job and all of his, well, stories, than sit next to Bambi over there. But, Lucifer doesn’t want to cause a scene, so he just slinks down next to the Radio Demon.
Alastor’s head slowly turns to the King, smile in place. His sharp teeth glisten from the light of the chandelier. “How pleasant, my King.”
Lucifer’s eyes narrow even more as he looks at the red tampon next to him. “Yeah,” he says lowly, so only Alastor can hear. “How pleasant.”
Charlie claps her hands together, and everyone’s attention turns to her. Lucifer points two fingers at himself, and then at Alastor, to signal that he has his eyes on him.OR
Lucifer is spending a month at the Hazbin Hotel to be closer to Charlie and her friends (and feel like he isn’t all alone in the entire world). And the stay could have been pleasant, had Alastor not been there to ruin every moment of it.
