Although there's already a few of these out there; I believe that the Season 6 newbies deserved the entire series to themselves, they are criminally underrated and this fic aims to fix it.
Except this time, Glee is being told through the eyes of Rory Flanagan, who has returned to McKinley for his senior year... but the McKinley he left behind is not the same as the one he arrives at. With Rachel and Marley, can he help roster the glee club to the way it was before?
Some elements of Glee S6 that didn't make sense have been removed (double wedding, Blaine coaching the Warblers, S4 Newbies being forced to transfer), while others have been kept (Brittana wedding, Rachel coaching the NDs).

Glee Season 4 to 6 - An Alternate Storyline. Focus on the Warblers.
Once a Warbler always a Warbler. What does it really mean? This show choir was by no means entirely innocent nor were they villains. How are they able to get along and function? Dalton's zero tolerance policy ensures greater effort was made towards acceptance of one another but sometimes it's just hard to get along. It's time to look beneath the surface. They are the rich kids who have it all. Never the underdogs, Yet they still have a story to tell and a journey to make.
Trent was the only Warbler with the backbone to try and do the right thing and stand against Hunter. Yet he failed. Now the Warblers had to work together to win Nationals and they want to do this right. But with Hunter still scheming and Sebastian testing the limits of everyone's sanity. The members of the Warbler council playing schemes of their own... Beneath the facade of a united front is simply chaos.

The one where this ragtag group of singers come together as a family, over the course of a year, through their joint love of singing.
