(AU in which Dean is physically and mentally disabled. He has fine and gross motor skill delays and functions on the mental level of someone around three years old. He's mostly nonverbal and communicates through some speech along with facial expressions and gestures. Sam is a lawyer working in California and Dean's full-time caregiver.
