Like with cockroaches: chronic illness comes rarely alone, and Sherlock has to learn to cope with each new challenge as it arises, which is easier said than done when you’re the world’s only consulting detective and autistic.
I wrote this to raise awareness about POTS (Dysautonomia) and the lesser known, barely talked about co-morbidities (not EDS, we’re not being cliché here)

If anyone looked at him they would immediately know that he was an addict. An addict for what? He wasn't sure. He'd dabbled with all kinds of drugs in the last 25 years; marijuana, cocaine, heroin, LSD, and many others he had come across at University. However, it was clear his drug of choice had always been John Watson. This was merely the withdrawal.
