When he found her again, she was laid upon the grass floor, hidden in the tall green. He stood above her, looking into her clear eyes. Arwen didn’t lift her head, and he didn’t speak. He moved and sat beneath the overarching statue, a nameless piece to him now, though once he did know who it was.
He leant forth and cupped her ear. “Elrond’s daughter.” He whispered. She did not answer, yet her gaze moved to his. “You have his eyes,” he murmured, unbent by her silence. “You have his melancholy.”

Widowed and aged, Arwen makes the trip back to the abandoned lands of her people. Along the way she picks up a straggler, who weaves her some very nice tales to die to.

it started as a joke and then there was seven thousand words (°_°)
Melkor wrapped the cover around himself and looked towards the Silmarils. They were lying on the ground, forming a triangle, looking just as they did before this whole situation. Except that, among the three gems, there was a newborn covered in black blood out of nowhere.
After a few seconds of silence, the newborn started crying.
Melkor, despite being much larger than his lieutenant, hid behind him „The hell is that thing?”
„It looks like an elven newborn” Mairon replied very confused.
„Why is an elven newborn here?” Melkor hissed.
„I don’t know, maybe because those cursed jewels of yours?” -
