They knew the way he would grumble when light began to filter through the window, they knew how he would dry and press any flowers Two Time brought for them to make bookmarks, how they would muffle quiet chuckles behind their hand when laughing wasn't appropriate.
The way his blood seeped through his fingers, warm and crimson and matting the grass beneath him. The way he held onto this feeble, insignificant life for a few moments longer. How they desperately grasped onto Two Time’s hand as they fell heavily into a bed of flowers.

Wrote in detail the beginning of such falsities and the ‘research’ they’ve gathered on it. And the folder was brimming with pages.
But this… couldn’t possibly be true.
It couldn’t.
Azure and Two Time discover that the Spawn is a sham through a book in the library. So, they run away, starting a brand new life with brand new (and very rich) friends.
