Summary
Twenty years after the fall of the Lungbarrow family , caused in secret by the sorcerer Swarm in revenge against them, the rumour has it that the ten-years-old duchess Athena, nicknamed 'Thena', Lungbarrow may still be alive and the Empress Tecteun offers a reward for whoever could bring back to her the last of her family.
Meanwhile, an amnesiac scolar and mechanic named Theta decides to finally venture into the world and especially Paris to search her family, thanks to a necklace that she has from her childhood. To do that, she accepts the help of a conman named O and his partner Dan who both convince her that she could be royalty. But Theta can't check the feeling that she has already seen O somewhere.
In the dark, Swarm isn't done with the Lungbarrow family and swears he will finish what he started, even if thousands have to die for it.-

They discover a way to keep the child in an endless state of regeneration, harvesting the regenerative powers into a flood of golden energy stored in the most precious containers. The crowd outside cheers. The child trapped in a loop of death and rebirth screams until their voice goes hoarse and they can scream no longer. The sounds harmonize into the song of discovery.
