Hello fellas, back at the GI grind again. Had the idea of a Knavelumi fic hanging around for way too long in my head, and now that I finally get to write it I am so ready to deliver. This one will be much longer than the Yelumi fic, and will also have faster updates as I don't have to wait for content anymore, since the Arle hype has passed and I don't need events or anything.
Things have smoothed down after the almost inevitable end of Fontaine's people, and everything seems to be going well... unless we're talking about a certain Fatui Habringer and her muddled past that resurfaced, and a Traveler being a bit too curious and getting involved... who knows what'll happen.
A lot and I mean a lot of spoilers for Arle's SQ and the Archon quest, really read this only after you've finished those or else you'll be spoiled everything from A to Z

Erestor opened the door to the library of Imladris, his mind already going over the basic outline of the report he’d have to write up for Elrond, when he pauses.
In front of him is a sight he certainly hadn’t been expecting, even with knowledge of dwarves in the valley. A dwarf, a young one if he had to guess, with a small but growing beard, several braids running through both it and their hair.
But as Erestor got over his shock and took another step into the library, letting the door fall shut behind him, the dwarf froze in shock, pulling his hand away quickly as he turned to face Erestor.
“I- I am so sorry Master Elf I did not mean to impose I can leave right now I-” The dwarf very quickly blurts out, face flushing as their eyes dart around nervously.
“Do not worry,” Erestor interrupts, “The library of Imladris is open to all residents and guests of the valley, you are free to stay.”

Amanda Harbor finds a stack of manila folders in the living room. Almost everyone has their own folder but she's drawn to one in particular- one that's labeled 'The Sentry'. She lets her curiosity get the best of her and selfishly opens it thinking there couldn't possibly be anything inside she hadn't already seen when Mel had shown her Bob's dossier upon her hire. What she finds inside, however, is nothing at all like that file. Photos and documents detailing some of the medical procedures and testing Bob had undergone at the lab in Malaysia were now in her hands. Even though she knew she should shut the folder and walk away she lets her morbid curiosity get the best of her. The more she reads the angrier she becomes until one page in particular sickens and enrages her enough to toss the folder across the room. Deciding the best course of action would be to protect Bob by hiding the folder away from him, she cleans up the evidence of OXE's invasion of his body and her invasion of his privacy by stashing it away in her apartment. When Bob comes to visit, however, she slips up and realizes she can't hide his own past from him forever.
