Unfortunately, thirty minutes into the party, his glass of mojito has nearly run dry, Sooyoung and Sangah aren’t here yet, and somebody slides into the seat next to him. He’s so absorbed in the webnovel he’s reading that he doesn’t even look their way, but then that person clears their throat, catching his attention anyway.

Yoo Joonghyuk’s hair, dark as midnight, framed his face in windswept layers, and his fur-lined armor gave him the air of someone both noble and deadly. His sword rested in its sheath at his side, its hilt gleaming with intricate runes Kim Dokja had designed down to the last detail.
Every element of Yoo Joonghyuk had been painstakingly crafted.
