During the battle at The DoM Hermione is captured and brought to Voldemort. When he uses Legitimacy papers to find her parents what he learns angers him. Hermione is not Muggle-born, she is his. Having no idea he had a child, Voldemort changes gears when it comes to the war hoping to gain Hermione's trust while doing so.
Severus has feelings for Hermione that are, in his eyes, inappropriate to feel for a student. It doesn't help when Voldemort wants him to bond with Hermione to protect her when she returns to Hogwarts to play interference with Albus.
Harry is conflicted when he learns of Hermione's true identity.
Dumbledore isn't the man Hermione thought he is to be.

Hermione’s not sure when it happened. There wasn’t a moment when she stopped and thought: wow, I really fancy him! The thought must’ve crept into her mind and she allowed it to stay there because it seemed harmless at the time. But that thought slowly grew, taking over her attraction to other men until he was the only one she thought of any longer.
But then she accidentally floos to Grimmauld and when the soot settles she blinks at the sight of Sirius staring at her with raised eyebrows and…something else filling his face. The apology is nearly out of her mouth when she notices a petite body at his feet. There was a naked woman kneeling at his feet and her only accessory happened to be…was that a collar?

The new Ministry had fully exonerated Severus Snape for what he had done during the war and further awarded him with the Order of Merlin, First Class for his extraordinary work as a spy. It wasn't a popular move with the public, however, and Hermione Granger defended him to anyone who would listen, but even The Prophet grew weary of her advocacy. But after reading a magazine specializing in romance stories, she sees an opportunity to defend Professor Snape once more by way of a tale about the recent war featuring a character very much like the irascible and unsociable potions professor. Adopting a pseudonym to hide her identity, she carefully weaves the people she knows into the plot through subsidiary roles. When the story takes off - especially with the young women of Hogwarts - it disrupts the school in a variety of ways, but no one is more upset, infuriated, or seriously hacked-off by it all than the model for the protagonist, and when he finds out who the author is, he plans to eviscerate them. But as it progresses, the story becomes far more than a simple matter of rehabilitation for the two people most closely touched by the tale.

Auror Malfoy and his wife have been battling infertility rumours; the Malfoys’ wedding contract was explicit - an heir must be produced within 5 years, or the marriage would be terminated. From Azkaban, Lucius Malfoy has stated that he heard multiple rumours of Dolohov being quite vocal about his confidence in impregnating Mrs Malfoy, née Granger. It appears Antonin had developed an unhealthy obsession with his daughter-in-law, a cause for concern with the Golden Girl apparently vanishing the same day Dolohov breaks free.Latest,
