Her eyes still raptly followed his fingers. She bit her lips again. “I couldn’t care less if this was the only thing you knew how to play …” Her breathing had quickened. He could hear the rapid beat of her heart.
Oh …
Well, wasn’t that interesting.
He couldn’t help the sly smirk that stole itself onto his lips.
“Oh? And you’re sure that’s the only thing you want me to play for you?”
He already knew the answer before she gave it.
He could smell it on her.
When she met his gaze, her eyes were dark and hazy. “I’m sure you could play me just as well as that harpsichord …”
He run his fingers slowly along the keys, not to play any particular note, but because the hitch of her breath as he did it was delicious. “You know … if that is what you want, I could be persuaded …”
The effect these words had on her was delicious. The hint of a blush crept over her features; her eyes darkened, lips parted. Her gaze caught on his lips. “I’d be amenable.” Her gaze grew bold. “If you are.”---
Silaestra and Astarion break into a music room in the middle of night, and things quickly take a turn when she learns that he plays the harpsichord ...

Summary
