    They didn't know what to do after the war. Their lives were completely destroyed, and lay around them in ruins. Bruce sighed, pulling the tattered mask from his face. He looked around him, for the first time seeing the damage he had caused. The bodies of fallen heroes scattered the floor. There were still so many left to recover. Clark hadn't stopped crying, kneeling down over the body of Superboy. The kid had fought well, if for a short time. Bruce desperately wanted his sacrifice to mean something, anything. He turned to face Barry, who was staring blankly at the sea before them. "Are you ready?" Barry nodded his head, got into position, and started running.
