Summary
Diluc just stared at him with a stupid expression that made Kaeya want to laugh. He walked out and was surprised at how warm the night was. He breathed in deeply, enjoying the lack of discomfort before it came back because it will.
He sure as hell isn’t going to tell Diluc a thing. It isn’t affecting him as far as Kaeya can tell, and the last thing he wants to do is tell Diluc that he is the only thing keeping him alive apparently.
Or, Kaeya gets cursed by a domain and the only way to keep from dying is Diluc.

Summary
Kaeya is nothing more than a sinner in a land that he belonged in. After his nation’s Cataclysm, he fights to survive in the world of Teyvat with his birth father, only to be abandoned and being appointed the mission of being a spy in Khaenri’ah’s favour. Kaeya thought he had family again, but to be orphaned twice was nothing more than hell itself. His burdens didn’t end there. Was it the hilichurls of the Eclipse tribe he had to slaughter knowing they were his own people? Was it the fact that his former older brother Diluc abandoned him because he believed Kaeya betrayed him? Was it really the two-winged vision that Celestia had given him to save him from Diluc…to watch him like a hawk stalking its prey? Or the deep Chasm undergrounds in Liyue that triggered a curse that he wished he’d forgotten. Of course Kaeya wished it would end there. The last thing he wanted to hear was a Khaenri’ahn being the ring leader of the Fatui Harbingers, as well as being told his ancestor founded the Abyss Order. Kaeya was simply a tool, a weapon to be thrown and tossed around by his family’s problems with the warring worlds. Nothing hurt more than to be cursed as a living burden himself. Remaster of two previous oneshots.

So of course some things slip. Of course he has to try and find some balance. That is, if he doesn't want his worlds to collide.

Where during their Akademiya days, Alhaitham accidentally marked Kaveh during a post-party night and he doesn't remember a single thing the day after. Kaveh, who is an Omega, remembers and tries to let Alhaitham know about the mark on his neck but then a fight happened. They clashed together due to different opinions about the paper they were working on together, causing Alhaitham to say scathing words that permanently scarred Kaveh.

After an accident at work, Kaveh sort of dies. But he is granted a chance to come back to life if he can get three people to shed tears of pure love for him. He thinks that would be easy, since he has so many friends, but soon realises that it's not as easy as he thought it would be.

“If I’m not convinced, will you be suddenly bringing me a letter allegedly written by Kaveh that expresses his agreement?” Alhaitham asked with a raised eyebrow.

It was only meant to be another job: wait under cover in the night for a trade by the ports, bust down some illegal Quirk enhancer operation, and take into custody a dangerous, illusive drug lord. It wasn't anything new for Aizawa, nor was it anything overwhelming. However, the same thing couldn't be said about finding yourself taking care of a young and very ill-mannered child.
Or the one where Aizawa finds a 4-year-old Katsuki in the aftermaths of a drug bust and idiotically decides to take him in.

Aizawa Shouta was an underground hero, and a teacher trained to see all the signs of abuse. And from the moment he started training Shinsou Hitoshi, he had his suspicions.
He noticed the beat up clothing, the odd unexplained bruise here and there, the flinches at sudden movements, how the kid lit up at every little praise or kind word.
His student gave no indication anything was wrong at home, was quick to brush off any questions. A practiced liar, with a practiced nonchalant air.
It was frustrating, but Shouta knew there was nothing he could do until the kid admitted the truth to him, no matter what he suspected.
So the underground hero watched, and he waited. For the day his kid felt comfortable enough to come to him, or for a sign big enough that the school could investigate.
And a few months into training, it all came to a head.

Aizawa takes Hitoshi in with his emergency foster parent license. Hitoshi doesn't know how normal family dynamics work, but he's about to find out. Cue lots of hurt/comfort and family fluff.

Ever consider how one thing can change your life in an instant? Ever been faced with the reality that our time isn't infinite? We all have that problem that's a burden on us, a problem if we just faced it our lives would be so much easier, but its a problem that's so hard to tackle, that it's simply easier to push it to the side for now. We go about our lives believing we have plenty of time to fix things and resolve that problem, but deep down we all know that isn't true. That problem is a ticking time bomb where one day it will be too late to fix, yet we are to scared to face that reality so instead everyone goes along with the naive hope that everything will be fine. However one day reality will hit and it will hit hard. You never know when it's going to come knocking; you're never ready for your life to abruptly change but it can happen anytime. For one Diluc Ragnvindr, reality hit him hard! He never expected his life to change that night but when he walked up those tavern stairs, his fate was sealed and the timer had started.
tldr: Diluc finds Kaeya poisoned in the tavern and realises he's racing against time to save his brother but also get to reconcile with him.

"Why are you doing this?" asked Eraserhead. Izuku had to give him credit. The man looked like he was actually concerned. "I understand why you need to get your message out, I understand that you feel like no one is listening to you. I get that you just want to make everything better. But do you really think that this is the best way to do that?"
Izuku paused. He thought about all the people he had met recently. All the things that had changed, not with the world, but with himself. They were starting to make a difference, and if all it took was a few hundred of their deaths to do that, so be it. There was no limit to people who were sick and tired of society. When people became desensitized to it maybe he'd have to change up the rules of the game. But for now...
"I don't know hero," said Izuku with a smile. He wasn't quite ready to give up yet. "But I highly doubt that you could do better."
And then he fell back off the building.
