“Everyone’s okay.” Shouta reassures them.
“Even Midoriya?” Hagakure asks.Shouta stills and then it’s all static because he counts all the heads and two more students stand unaccounted for - Midoriya and Bakugou. Panic engulfs Shouta in waves. If anyone was going to be at the front of the battle, it would be both of them and if the villains hadn’t reached the cave at all, then the fight had ended with Bakugou and Midoriya.

Izuku freezes when he hears his name and slowly puts the shears down before turning to his Dadda.
Caught and now holding a guilty expression.
“Care to tell me what you’re doing with the shears?” Shouta questions, raising an eyebrow when Izuku takes one step backwards, “Izuku.”
His little prince suddenly smiles and runs for it, dashing through the flowers and picking up the pace when he hears his Dadda quickly take chase.
or// King Aizawa finds a boy in his garden, and he's happy to say he wouldn't trade his Little Prince for anything. Even if he caused trouble, there was simply no replacing him.

the video showed shouta setting up the camera in what looked to be a nursery. the man stopped fidgeting with the camera before stepping over to the crib, his expression melting into something unbearably fond as he reached inside to heft the little bundle up, izuku kicking his dangling feet.
there was a pause as the man stared at his child as though izuku grew an extra limb before shouta blinked in confusion. “where’s your scrunch?”
the confusion slowly melted from shouta’s face and was replaced with surprise, then, to something akin to awe and disbelief.
“are you smiling at me, bubba? can you see me?” he asked the baby, izuku responding with a coo.
