“I’m sorry,” Yunho says, already regretting the question before it even comes out. “What game? I got kinda… lost in my own head before.”
“Yunho! You’re hurting my feelings!” Wooyoung whines, clutching his heart. “You really missed my explanation of the game of gay chicken?! How cruel of you! How… Mhmf!”
“It’s a game,” San smiles, helpfully holding his hand over his struggling boyfriend’s mouth. “Where two straight guys do increasingly gay things to each other, until one of them can’t take it anymore and chickens out of the whole thing. Basically.”
“When… when you say gay things…” Yunho gulps, even though he’s pretty sure he can imagine the answer pretty well. He has, in fact, imagined doing said gay things with Mingi. Repeatedly. Many times.

“We…” Jongho hesitates. “We don’t. There’s nothing we can do about this magic, unless you’re hiding your own extremely powerful siren somewhere.”
The roaring of the maelstrom is growing louder, but at the moment, Hongjoong can barely hear it over the wild thumping of his own heart.
“You’re saying… You’re saying Destiny is going down, and we’re going with her.”

“Okay!” Hongjoong exclaims, hopping onto the washing machine, his very much bare and slightly spread legs dangling down. “Do your magic!”
“I. Uhm. I…” Seonghwa tries. Then he closes his eyes and takes a long, desperate, deep breath, hoping against all hope that Hongjoong won’t notice that Seonghwa, the world’s worst boyfriend, would actually prefer to fuck him on that washing machine instead of attempting to fix the goddamn thing. Maybe he could offer to buy him a new one, and then…
“Seonghwa, angel?” Hongjoong pouts.
“I mean. I,” Seonghwa shakes his head to clear it. “Sorry, it’s just… rather hot today, isn’t it? Okay. So what exactly is wrong with… the washing machine?”

When Hongjoong's washing machine breaks down, he insists that Seonghwa is the only person on the planet who's able to fix it. The only problem is that Seonghwa has no idea how to do it. Not to mention that Hongjoong is wearing a very distracting outfit that makes it VERY hard to focus on his task...

“Mhm?” Hongjoong hums, realizing that he’s barely paying attention to his gorgeous friend’s voice, as he’s been way too focused on that pretty smile and sparkling eyes.
Something about Wooyoung, his housemate and their common friend, going to his boyfriend’s tonight? Maybe?
“I thought maybe we could…” Seonghwa hesitates, licking his perfect lips with his perfect tongue. “Do some Netflix and chill?”
And that nearly makes Hongjoong drop his own ancient, battered travel mug right on the sidewalk.

Hongjoong has been in love with his best friend Seonghwa for ages, and he's usually okay with the fact that his love is unrequited - that is, until Seonghwa invites him for a night of Netflix and chill. But the sweet, innocent Seonghwa clearly can't know what the phrase really means, right?
