The Port Mafia responds by handing them a carefully traumatized teenager, a fake rescue, and a narrative so convincing even the heroes don’t realize they’re part of the plan. Chuuya pretends to be helpless, Dazai pretends not to be involved, and Mori pretends this isn’t hilarious. Everyone is lying. The heroes think they’re winning.
