Summary
Ven was very much awake but very much silent as he watched the sunrise from his own bedroom window like he had never done so before in his life. Aqua took a deep breath and went over to him, but Ven didn’t even turn over to her as she sat on the bed next to him. Ven recoiled from her touch, his expression was something she had never seen before in her entire life. Ven looked… disgusted at her, and it reminded him of the time when Ven had golden eyes instead of blue…
“V-Ven…?” Aqua started, unsure, but the look she received spoke volumes. This was…
“I’m not Ventus,” Ven said curtly, but then he stared at his own hands and felt his own face. “Or… I am? I am Ventus, aren’t I?”
---
(In which Aqua and Terra, as complicated as things were, had to be a good parents for Ventus, who somehow managed to be even more complicated than them both.)

Summary
“You make it sound like I have a choice.”
If you didn’t know him better, you would say his voice sounds as even as his breathing.
You do know him better.
“There’s always a choice.”
The next moment, your hand is caught and wrapped around the hilt of the umbrella. The King’s presence fades. “Don’t catch a cold, Marshal.”
It’s only on the way back that your eyes catch on the entrance to the royal tombs, that you remember the date. The anniversary of the late Queen’s death, taken by sickness before she had a chance to see her son’s first birthday.
The legacy of a Caelum is to lose.

Summary
“Are you listening to me? We have a problem.”
Noctis focused on the shape above him. As his vision cleared, his confusion grew. A boy stood over him, young, probably ten or so, dark blue eyes staring down at him sharply and black hair flopping over his forehead in a curly, untamed mess.
“Who are—” Noctis started, then froze.
Why was his voice so high pitched?
After finding themselves transformed into children, Noctis and Ardyn are forced to work together if they want any chance of getting their adult bodies back.

Summary
Adagium was supposed to be a daemon, a powerful monstrosity the Founder King and the Oracle had sealed away. A fearsome creature that corroded everything in its wake, that burned innocent villages to the ground and held its victims under its thrall, the old texts had said.
Adagium wasn't supposed to be a man.
“What in the Six —”
“Clarus.” Regis sucked in a sharp breath and put one foot forth, eyes trained on the prisoner. “We're getting him down.”
Regis seeks out the old legends for himself and discovers there's more to it than fantastical tales of kings and daemons.

Summary
Ozpin fears closeness more than anything—of having all of his secrets unraveled and both his metaphorical and literal scars revealed. However, he can't seem to keep away from the new history professor at Beacon, a one Bartholomew Oobleck, who very much has always been a man without many friends. When he and Ozpin start to hit it off, Oobleck can't help but want to hold onto their bond as tightly as possible, even with the Headmaster's hesitance.
May they wander into this new and strange and wild thing forming between them and come out freer than ever before. May they dance and rediscover and ignite a fire in each other's hearts.
Is there more to them than the history in which they enshroud themselves?

Summary
When Ozma was given his task by the God of Light and reborn, the principles of his "reincarnation" were to be reborn with a new body, but instead of a new body every time he died, his body would de-age back to a younger one; a physical reset.
But things are much different when after Beacon falls, Ozpin's body de-ages father than every before, to that of a child.
A collection of snippets from Ozma/Ozpin's journey with this process (an alternate take to Volume's 4-7)

Summary
A “probably, maybe, most likely” post-vol 7 version Oscar time travel fic where he tries to prevent the Fall of Beacon and maximize his future knowledge against Salem by attending Beacon and trying to get past-Ozpin on his side. The trouble is… he doesn’t know the key pieces for how Beacon fell in the first place and time is running out.
If you like the concept of Ozdad and slowburn rosegarden, this is probably the fic for you.
