Summoning the Radio Demon had been a mistake. Oh, he was a practical enough choice to replace the predecessor he had killed- clever and diligent with the right sort of power suite. That wasn’t the problem.
The problem was that he was charming. Even when he was flustered and off-balance, as he had been, he was desperately keeping some sort of decorum about him, the centre of his being brittle and sharp and fragile.

God misses Lucifer terribly, infiltrates the hotel, and tries to get his son back, but he will face obstacles from Heaven itself, his own older children, and Lucifer as well. And the archangels hate Lucifer intensely, and it even seems that his own daughter does too.

"Or what? You'll bind me in chains to weaken me, drag me before the rest of the council, and demand that I be condemned to Fall?" Azrael chuckled as the very chains he spoke of rose up and went through this Hand of his like it was merely smoke. "Do not attempt to summon me just to try to chastise me again. I may not be allowed to affect most physical things, but there are loopholes to any rule. If you make the mistake of making an enemy of me, I will get creative about finding a way around my restrictions and you will live to regret it for the rest of this universe's existence."
With that warning, he vanished and the room returned to the brightly lit space it had been before. Sera snarled, "I will find a way to bring you to heel, Azrael. No one is above Heaven's laws."
