Wilbur flopped onto the couch, legs stretched out as he grabbed his phone.
“You get the smaller room which is on the left there.” Wilbur pointed to a small, narrow hallway that had three doors in total. “The bathroom is across from your door. Rent’s due on the first.”
Dream raised a brow. “That’s it? No interview? No rules?”
Wilbur turned on the television in front of him with a remote. “I don’t care what you do as long as you pay your share. Just don’t touch my stuff.”
Dream considered that. No fake niceties, no over-the-top friendliness. Just two people coexisting. It was perfect.
“Alright, deal.” Dream said. “Should I come back tomorrow morning with my stuff?”
Wilbur waved him off. “Sure, sure. I’ll also give you a copy of the keys tomorrow too.”
It was almost too perfect.
He should’ve known there was a catch.

Dream gets a roommate who's a little more than he could handle... Wait- what do you mean his roommate is a villain? Say what? Oh- and lil note but Dream has a pretty powerful ability... yep- this is going to end totally fine.

Grian felt a hand graze near his hair. He quickly turned and glared at the man.
“Keep your hands off me or I’ll shackle you again, Hermes.” He threatens, reaching for his taser instinctively.
The prisoner says something, to which Grian simply rolls his eyes, checks the clock and takes a step forwards, away from the cell so the man can’t reach him again.
Thank the gods his shift was almost over.
A click of the lock and a turn of the knob brings him back to reality. He doesn’t even take the time to speak to or even really look at the substitute before he storms out of the room.or
Grian is guarding two super villains' cells and one seems to be interested in him.

The life of a sidekick isn’t glamorous. It’s being a henchman minus the law-breaking. Heroes get the glory, and villains can do whatever they want. Sidekicks are merely tools that are sometimes mentioned.
Tommy Innit, Tubbo Underscore, Ranboo Beloved, and Purpled (no-last-name-given) have the worst luck. The heroes they work under aren’t the best…. In the sense that they are physically and emotionally abused by the “good guys”.
When these four have a chance encounter at a cafe, they get an outlet for their messed up lives. Even better, they get adopted! Sort of! Not without loud complaining (Tommy-) -
