Summary
"Dead men don't talk," continued the man, then stood up and faced the gravestone. "Neither do they eat manju. Which is why I made a promise instead." - Otose might have been old, but she wasn't stupid. What made her trust a man she picked up from the graveyard; who made a silly promise over a few manju?

Summary
Kagura and Shinpachi wake up on a bloody battlefield to find a silver-haired boy sleeping on a bed of corpses. Sounds like a terribly cliche start, right? Don't worry about explanation, it's not canon so nobody remembers it afterwards.
Or the way Shinpachi and Kagura learn about Gintoki's extensive past, from his childhood to adulthood. Oneshot.Bookmarked by Breena96

"Someone tries to shoot Noctis while he's out and about in the city."
It started out like that, but then plot happened, so I had to take a few liberties. I hope you still enjoy!

Summary
Around them Insomnia shook once more, this time with daemons vanishing instead of Citadel and the surrounding areas getting bombed. The air seemed to be different now that the daemons were perishing, and Prompto's grip on his hand tightened a little. Even Gladio let out a sound of surprise, and Ignis could just about imagine what was happening before Prompto simply whispered "Dawn...".

Summary
The stars have gone out, and the war is nearly over.
This is not the canon ending. I know that. I know that Ignis, Gladio, and Prompto survive. But when I first watched the credits roll, when the silence fell after the Citadel, it felt like they didn’t. It felt like the world ended with Noctis—and they went with him.
This is that story.
Told through their final thoughts—memories, regrets, unspoken love, and fierce loyalty—this is how I imagined it all might’ve ended. A rewrite of the finale through the eyes of Prompto, Gladiolus, and Ignis. Not as survivors, but as brothers who chose to stand beside their King until the very end.
They stood for Noctis.
They stood for each other.
And in the dark, they stood tall.Bookmarked by Breena96

Summary
The self-deprecating tilt of Prompto’s humor isn’t exactly new, but there’s an undercurrent to it these days that leaves a bitter taste in Noct’s mouth. It feels deliberate, like he wants to say something, but hasn’t. Or can’t.
Noctis knows the feeling.
