He couldn’t call out to Sukuna like he used to. Yuji feared he no longer understood the curse, if he ever truly knew him at all. He’d been too naïve for his own good, but when fear was breaking down the last of his walls, all Yuji could do was shuffle toward the curse, one hand tugging on his clothes, and beg for him to reconsider.
“A-Aniki… Don’t go away.”
As soon as the words slipped out between Yuji’s lips, regret took over at the sight of Sukuna’s face. He honestly didn’t know how the curse would react, expecting to be shoved off again as the more likely outcome than the full-body freeze he was witnessing.
The curse’s eyes widened, bewildered by the form of address Yuji had used. It wasn’t like a Yuji could have used his name, and he was still in Fushiguro’s body, which for better or for worse gave him the stature of a teenager… He’d made Sukuna livid, hadn’t he?
This was how his life was going to end.
❤ Yuji gets attacked while alone and turned into a child. His memories are all intact, but no one else needs to know that. Especially when the first person to find him is the curse who abandoned him once already.

Summary
Sukuna is in prison. Again. Every few years they round him up on the charges that'll stick and throw him into Kuchu, a prison dedicated to holding the worst criminals the country can offer. Sharpened fangs akin to the blades of swords, an elongated tongue that could coil as snake, beastial legs with muscular claws, and a serpent’s tail—All caught underneath a robe of finery made of the same ink, casting a shadow of what details there could have been if the painter had more than a handful of colors and a hand less prone to periodically splattering the canvas without rhyme or reason. Or maybe there was. But when Yuji attempted to think about it, he had reached the final canvas.
An outlier.
Larger than the rest, completely absent of the creature, yet its presence was felt more than ever in the monochrome spiral that took its place. In its center was nothing. A void from which no light could escape. The lack of eyes did not stop Yuji from feeling as though his very soul was being judged, sending a jolt up his spine. His fingers released the other paintings, leaving the stack to fall back onto themselves as he crawled away.

The hand once stroking his cheek now held a small knife, the cold blade coming to rest on his temple. Itadori felt his heart skip a beat, a break from the rapid pace it had been racing at previously. His eyes looked towards the metal, wondering if this is how he dies.
The hand around his throat loosened up the tiniest bit, allowing Yuji to suck in a lungful of air the same moment the tip of the blade cut into the top of his cheek bone.
Yuji cried out at the pain, feeling blood begin to run down his face from the cut the man had given him.
“You make such pretty noises for me.” The man groaned, smearing Itadoris' blood over his lips as he ground further into him.
“Fuck you.” Yuji grit through clenched teeth, hatred mixing with fear as he stained against the man's hold.
